Magnaite was founded in 1989 in Riyadh. We started with the layer underneath — wiring, cabling, the infrastructure no one notices until it stops working. Then phones. Then networks. Then cameras. Then control rooms. Now AI, cloud architecture, cybersecurity at kingdom scale.
What's stayed constant is the standard. What's evolved is everything else — the technologies we deploy, the engineering practices we follow, the talent on the team. Magnaite renews continuously. Founded in Riyadh.
Saudi engineers building the layer underneath what every business runs on — wiring, cabling, the infrastructure no one notices until it stops working.
- 1990s
Phones, then networks.
From PBX systems into structured cabling and early enterprise networks. The kingdom's first wave of corporate IT infrastructure took shape — Magnaite was wiring it.
- 2000s
Surveillance, control rooms, AV.
The build expanded into CCTV, integrated AV, and the early generation of operations centers. Government and enterprise clients started signing multi-year maintenance contracts that are still running.
- 2010s
Cloud, AI, kingdom-scale F&B.
Migration to cloud-managed video, the first AI-assisted loss prevention deployments, and the QSR partnerships that now span hundreds of locations. The maintenance model proved itself across decade-long contracts.
- 2020
MEWA command room. NCA registration.
The Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture command room delivered end-to-end. National Cybersecurity Authority registration formalized the compliance posture the firm had already been operating under.
- 2026
The next decade of Saudi infrastructure.
New strategic technology partnerships signed across networking, video, and POS — strengthening the stack we install and maintain across the kingdom. The next decade of Magnaite's work is being scoped against the infrastructure ambitions of Vision 2030.
