Scale exposed the variance.

Shawarmer had grown from a regional brand to a kingdom-wide QSR operator. Every new branch added value — and added variance. Different equipment vendors, different network setups, different CCTV grades, different signage workflows. The brand was uniform on the storefront and fragmented on the back end.

The bottleneck wasn't growth. It was the cost of inconsistency at scale: troubleshooting that took hours per branch, loss prevention blind spots, signage update cycles measured in weeks not minutes, and a back office that couldn't see what was actually happening on the floor.

Magnaite designed and rolled out a unified infrastructure stack: structured cabling, managed switches, dual-WAN routers, cloud CCTV, AI loss prevention, centrally-managed digital signage, and POS-ready integration with the platforms Shawarmer already runs.

Every branch installed against the same template. Every system configured to the same standard. Every dashboard rolling up to a single HQ view. Branch-level changes pushed centrally, issues diagnosed remotely, loss prevention reviewed transaction-by-transaction.

The rollout happened in phases — alongside Shawarmer's continued expansion. We were never the bottleneck. We were the reason new branches opened on the same standard as the original ones.

Operational visibility at kingdom scale.

What used to require half a day of phone calls to find out what happened at a branch on Friday now takes two minutes from a dashboard. Loss prevention shifted from reactive to proactive. Menu updates that took weeks now take hours. New branch openings hit the standard from day one.
