What this notice covers

This page explains what personal information Magnaite Solutions collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to magnaite.com and to direct interactions you have with our team — phone, WhatsApp, email, in-person meetings, contractual exchanges.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to do the work you've asked us to do, or to respond to a request you've made.

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the fields you provide — typically your name, company, role, email, phone number, sector, and the operational context you choose to share.

When you visit the site, our analytics tools record standard technical signals — pages viewed, time on page, device type, approximate location, referring source. This is aggregate, not individually identifying.

When you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver the engagement — billing details, signatory information, technical contacts, and any operational data the deployment requires.

What we don't collect

We don't buy contact lists. We don't run third-party tracking pixels for advertising. We don't operate behavioural-retargeting cookies. If you've never given us your email address, we don't have it.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, deliver the work you've contracted us for, send you the quarterly newsletter if you've subscribed, and meet our legal and accounting obligations under Saudi law. That's the list.

Who we share it with

We share information with subprocessors only when the work requires it — cloud hosting, email delivery, accounting software. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketing networks. We share it with public authorities only when required by Saudi law or a binding legal request.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained for the period needed to respond and follow up — typically 24 months unless an active engagement extends that. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Client contractual records are kept for the period required by Saudi commercial and tax law.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a specific purpose. Email contact@magnaite.com with the request and a way to verify your identity. We'll respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any newsletter email, or by emailing the same address.

Security

We are registered with the National Cybersecurity Authority and apply the controls that registration requires across our own infrastructure as well as the systems we install for clients. If we ever experience a breach involving personal information, we'll notify affected parties as required by Saudi law.

We update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes get communicated by email if we hold one.
