ARCHI is a premium Saudi coffee chain expanding rapidly across the kingdom. When the brand needed to scale past thirty branches without losing the consistency that defined the experience, Magnaite built the pilot transformation that became the rollout standard for every store that followed.

Premium coffee is a category where every detail counts — and where inconsistency between branches can damage the brand faster than any marketing campaign can recover. As ARCHI expanded, leadership needed a way to ensure the technology backbone behind every store performed identically: the same network reliability, the same security standards, the same operational visibility, the same speed of menu and content updates.
The challenge wasn't building one perfect store. It was building a model that could be replicated, again and again, across new locations and new cities — without re-engineering it each time.
Pilot first. Then the rollout standard.
Magnaite ran the pilot transformation at two flagship locations — Al Andulus in Jeddah and Al Mathar Ash Shamali in Riyadh. Full IT infrastructure upgrade, cloud-based CCTV with centralized monitoring, dual-router network stability for branch resilience, and centrally-managed digital signage that lets the marketing team push menu updates from a single dashboard.
The pilot ran for several months. Issues got found and fixed. The configuration got tuned. The standard got documented. Then it became the model — every new ARCHI store opens against the same template, and every existing store converges to it on a refresh cycle.
A model that scales without re-engineering.
Today, ARCHI runs over seventy locations on a stack that started with two pilot stores. New openings deploy faster because the playbook is written. Existing stores converge to the standard on a planned cycle. Headquarters can see what's happening at every branch from one dashboard — and content, security, and network changes propagate in minutes, not weeks.
The relationship with Magnaite scaled with the brand. The systems we installed in the pilot are still the systems running today — refreshed continuously, but never replaced.
